These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maple Event Hub website at mapleeventhub.com and any services you book through us. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use our website or services.

About Our Services

Maple Event Hub provides professional event entertainment services including game table experiences (poker, blackjack, roulette, and dice) for corporate events, private parties, and other gatherings across Canada. All game activities operate on a fun-play, no-wagering basis. No real money is used or exchanged in any game activity we provide.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Event Bookings

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry through our website or by email does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when we have issued a written booking confirmation and received any required deposit.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment is due by the date indicated in your booking documentation.

Cancellations by the client

Cancellation terms vary depending on how far in advance notice is given. Our cancellation policy is detailed in your booking documentation. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to a higher cancellation fee
• We will work with you to find alternative dates where possible

Cancellations by Maple Event Hub

In the event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of any payments made. If cancellation is due to circumstances outside our control (force majeure), we will work with you to find an alternative date or arrangement.

Date changes

If you need to change your event date, please notify us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Venue Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your venue can accommodate the equipment and setup requirements we confirm for your event. This includes sufficient floor space, appropriate access for loading and setup, and any permissions required by your venue operator. Maple Event Hub accepts no liability for events that cannot proceed due to inadequate venue preparation where requirements were communicated in advance.

Our Liability

Maple Event Hub maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability in connection with any event is limited to the value of the fees paid for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We take all reasonable care to ensure the quality of our services. However, we cannot guarantee that all guests will participate in or enjoy all activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Maple Event Hub website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Maple Event Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
